PART 1: DEEPENING YOUR LEARNING
We’ll kick it off by discovering exactly what a Masterful coach looks like. Not just regular good coaching, but “holy-heck-how-do-they-do-that?” MasterFull Coaching. Along the way, we’ll reveal all the additional benefits that this course provides and explore in more detail the Science, Artistry and Performance of MasterFull Coaching. And even more importantly, how to indentify YOU as a Masterful coach. Once we determine that, then it’s simply a matter of learning how to recognize, embrace, connect and grow that part of you.
Oh yes, and we also begin to explore your Coaching Confidence—what it is and how to begin growing it.
And then we bring in a simple, yet ridiculously powerful and profound exercise: the five words that will open the doorway to your MasterFull coaching.
In other words, this call introduces to you the foundation that we are working with and identifies our end point. The rest of the course goes about exploring and discovering HOW to deepen your coaching knowledge, skills and confidence–easily, deeply, and powerfully.
This call is power packed, continuing to set the foundation of our MasterFull coaching. First off, you’re going to have to pass an important test–one that will determine if you will be able to get the most out of this course no not get it at all (HINT: no one has failed yet.)
We then explore your Coaching B.R.A.C.E.. What is the B.R.A.C.E.? Well, each of the letters represents a powerful skill/focus/learning that together create a powerful foundation that supports your MasterFull coaching. This is what separates those amazing and incredible coaches from all the rest.

“Well, I could say that it stands for BOY, REALLY AWESOME COACHING is EASY. (Which is true.) But it’s really so much more than that.
“Come on. You can tell me.”
Well, it stands for… Nah. I think I’ll save that for those who are in the class. Suffice it to say that this call sets a unshakable and solid foundation for all that you’ll be learning in the weeks to come. Once these Master Aspects are revealed you’ll have a deeper awareness of your coaching, and you’ll be able to commit fully to revealing your Inner masterful coach. This call introduces to you the insight and then the rest of the series goes about showing you HOW to deepen that knowledge–easily, deeply, and powerfully. Also, we’re going to distinguish exactly what a Masterful coach looks like. And even more importantly, what are YOU as a Masterful coach. And once we determine that, then it’s simply a matter of focusing on and growing that part of you. You know, like you would in coaching your client. We’ll also reveal how fear and threats affect us and our clients and how we can begin to work with those fears in a powerful manner.
Along the way we’ll reveal the simple and amazing ATEBAR coaching formula. No matter where you’ve been trained, this will expand your awareness of just how powerful your coaching really is. This is also where we learn about our “human condition” which means the built in traps that both support and hijack our coaching. We’ll also take a look at your brain (don’t worry, we’re going to keep it in your head) and learn more about how it functions in and around our coaching. You are inherently born with programming that can easily be the greatest asset to your coaching, or a liability. Depending either on how you use it, or it uses you.
“What is this? Some kind of Wizard of Oz thing?”
Not really. But now that you mention it, I’m sure you’re aware of the whole coaching connection with that magical movie (It’s one of my top films of all time). SPOILER ALERT: At the end of the movie, the wizard doesn’t really give them anything, all he does is reveal to them what they already have–their brains, heart, courage, and connection (that’s what Dorothy is really looking for). Well, the same thing is with this course. I believe that you are already a great and powerful, amazing, awesome, fantastic, wonderful wizard coach. And on this call we reveal more wonderful foundational stuff that you can incorporate powerfully into your learning throughout this course and the rest of your coaching life.

We’re going to dig more into your brain (and your client’s brains), learning more about how we get in our own way and what to do about it. Of course. You see, our final lesson in this section lays out further some of the core principles and Foundations of MasterFull Coaching—what makes the difference between good coaching and powerful, amazing, deep, rich, MasterFull coaching.
- We begin by clarifying the 2 realms of Reality and how that impacts us as well as our clients. Not only that, but we also learn how to leverage and alter Reality in your coaching and use it to your advantage.
- We will discover the powerful and Deadly and Delicious Double Triangle—those three roles that we take on (both positive and negative)
- There are also the Fantastic 4 Realms of how we experience and express everything. Very important and will provide an endless resource in your coaching.
- We also reveal the 7 levels of Energy—those deep Beliefs and that state of BEing that we and our clients are always in. Some are great and wonderful, while others are very serious problems and obstacles. But once we start to look at our clients as forms of Energy, we see them in a whole new way, not as the problem, but as a person stuck in their problem.
All of these advanced lessons and tools provide deep and powerful insight to the traps the client may be in, as well as where the coach may be stuck. And even more awesome, when we are able to see ourselves and our clients through these lenses, when then have access to tremendous leverage, insight and power to the coach and client
Lastly, we’ll reveal the Marvelous MasterFull coaching Model—a simple diagram that provides a solid passage to accessing your deep coaching power, a rich connection with your client, and unyielding and steadfast foundation to your coaching.
PART 2: GETTING INTO ACTION!
Yeah, I know that this section has less classes in it. But don’t let that fool you. Think of it this way: change can only come about with two very important things–New Awareness and then New Action. And one cannot happen without the other.
Nope. That is ALWAYS the case. (Don’t worry. We explore this in more greater depth and detail for your coaching.) So consider the first section of this course is really mostly about creating a deeper Awareness of you and your coaching. Now that you have new discoveries, new awareness and new learnings in the previous Foundation work, it’s time to start putting that new stuff into action.
So this is where we learn about “Coach Sprinting”.
“What? Are we going to exercise?”
Well, not quite, but you definitely will be working some coaching “muscles”. Not only that, but we’ll use my experience on the High School swim team and track team as well as our military heroes, our sports figures, and even my brother to design a system that will strengthen your coaching in 7 different ways–easily and automatically. Not only that, but we’ll break apart one of the biggest and deadly traps that every single coach falls into. That alone is a miracle. You’ll learn quickly why my motto is “MAXIMUM RESULTS for minimum effort.” This call will show you how to create that for yourself, easily, effortlessly and automatically.

PART 3: YOUR ADVANCED COACHING APPROACH
Discover how to deliver a deeper coaching than your clients ever expected. By the end of this round, you will be masterful at identifying the real Agenda of the coaching, each and every time.
This is when we launch into the A, B, C, D’s of coaching so you’ll always have a clear pathway to take your client down. There are actually four (count, em) four focuses. By the end of this call, you’ll know which one to use at any given circumstance with any client for maximum impact and awareness.
“Where’s the Aliveness?” – Our clients typically come to us to discover fulfilling direction and a purposeful life. They want to wake up excited to start the day, go to bed feeling complete and end this life with no regrets. This first focus one hones in on our client’s “Aliveness”–how to recognize it, how to generate, how to discover, and how to use this tool powerfully
“What’s the Belief?” – Our clients typically come to us feeling stuck somewhere in their lives. They want to take action, they believe they are ready, and yet there are other Beliefs that may either be hindering, conflicting, or creating limiting results. So when we help our clients shift, change, let go of or create new beliefs, then they become empowered with the power of change. And that’s when they are really ready to move into a new direction.
“What needs to be seen?” – Our clients typically come to us wanting to live a full life–to look back and feel that they got all they could, and experienced their lives to the fullest. However, we naturally numb ourselves to experiences, especially to the ones that are considered “bad”. What “lies” are we telling ourselves? What comfort zones are keeping us “safe”? What are we turning a blind eye to? What are we not clearly seeing in our lives.
Working with the “ELEMENTS OF COACHING” you’ll be able to strengthen ANY COACHING SKILL that may be a little weak, and NEVER FEEL LOST in your coaching again.
